I remember that when I was in the high school the chemistry teacher always made her classes very interesting, she was an excellent teacher unfortunately she did not have enough methodologies to use a different kind of materials.
Teacher Involver
In the other hand my history teacher has the ability of involve us in the class, all the time we was paying attention in topic without necessity that the teacher call our attention. The class was by itself interesting. The way in which she explained her classes never were bored because she used to use a lot of materials in order to catch our attention.
Teacher Enabler
Few teacher are like this, I have worked with one of these, they make that the presses of learning will be easer because they all the time work in teams, with this kind of teacher we have to compare information, discuss and speak in front of the group, but the most important to this teachers is the environment because if we have a good atmosphere of work the presses of teaching-learning is easy.

- TEACHING SKILLS
Speaking – We have to develop this skill because is the way in which we espouse our classes; our spiking has to be fluently in order to give clear instructions. - Reading – Is so important because when we work with reading students imitate our pronunciation, and we have to identify quickly the main idea of the text.
- Writing – As a teacher we need to be carful with our grammar, because the students only copy front the board, in the majority of cases they do not have the ability to correct our mistakes, and we are the model to follow.
- Listening – I mention the listening but no as linguistic skill; we must hear the necessities, questions, doubts, opinions and all that our pupils want to express.Motivation – Is the most important into the classroom, when a student feel motivate his learning is better and significant; he feels that he is a important part into the process of Teaching-Learning.

There are different forms in that a teacher imparts his class these they are:
The explainer: he has knowledge you have more than enough us matter, but he has limited their teaching method, their class is usually sometimes amusing, interesting and informative. he is never related with their students.
The involver: in the personal thing to my I would like to be teacher's type, I would like to involve me with my students. This type of teachers knows its matter and he knows that teaching methods are adapted for when their students present learning problems.
The enabler: He has knowledge on their matter, he knows that teaching method to use when there are problems of individual learning or group, and he has their students' knowledge. When he makes decisions he makes it in the living room with their students you can even arrive to a negotiation.
Carl Rogers an American psychologist suggests that to be able to have an effective teaching atmosphere the teacher he should have the following ones characteristic:
Respect: A positive and non-judgmental regard for another person
Empathy: being able to see things from the other person's perspective, as if looking through their eyes.
Authenticity: Being oneself without hiding behind job title, roles or masks.

Que debemos hacer este Semestre...
GRADO: Observación y practica discente 3
5º semestre
PRIMERA JORNADA DE OBSERVACIÓN Y PRÁCTICA.
5º semestre
PRIMERA JORNADA DE OBSERVACIÓN Y PRÁCTICA.
- OBSERVACIÓN: Se observa en un grupo de tercer grado durante toda la semana.
- PRACTICA:Se practica en un grupo de tercer grado se aplican secuencias de clases.
Tiempo que se destinara a la actividad 2,3 o 5 hrs.
SEGUNDA JORNADA DE OBSERVACIÓN Y PRÁCTICA.
- OBSERVACIÓN:
Se observara en tres grupos: el mismo de la jornada anterior, uno de primero y otro de segundo grado. Se permanece en el grupo el turno completo. - PRACTICA:
Se practica en tres grupos de diferente grado, se aplican secuencias de clases.
Tiempo que se destina a la actividad: 8,9 10 o 15 hrs.
what I Know after the class?
We were remembering some what are the educational abilities to be able to enter with the following topic.
- Design of activities:This it refers to that the teacher when imparting a class should always look for activities that they go of agreement with the class it stops this way not to lose the sense of the same one. For example if we will give the topic "nationalities" we can carry out the activity with the game "stop" but with countries.
- Manage of the group: When the teacher maintains interested to the students in the class is not necessary to be screaming or sitting down them to each time what we have to think is so as maintaining them in the class. The teacher that imposes his class above all will always have the order of the group.
- Use of the technology: It is to unite to the new thing in imparting classes like it is it "white electronic board" that is to say to adapt to the new technologies and to make use of them in our classes, that is to say, to ally with the technology. For example we can sing a song while with a projector we see the letter of the song, a karaoke for this way to say it.
- Organization of the content: As first point we have to take an order and according to the necessities of the students to go selecting. For example we cannot be teaching "it presents continuous" and to return to the verb "be".
What I Know before the class?
The professor's abilities: I know that to be able to end up being a professor it is needed to complete a profile, and in that profile it requires that the professor has developed abilities that will allow him to impart class without any problem, that is to say, it acted in a correct way when it arises some accidental one or the power to integrate students that are not interested in the class or matter

Planea actividades de E-A congruentes con los própositos formativos acordes con el enfoque del programa de estudios, diseña actividades de E-A tomando en cuenta las características de aprendizaje de sus alumnos, analiza situaciones imprevistas y de conflicto en el aula y hace uso de sus conocimientos previos para recuperar el control del grupo, emplea el tiempo y espacio eficazmente en el aula para le E-E, analiza las experiencias adquiridas en la OPD y aplica las mismas en el aula y en el diseño de sus planes, debate con sus alumnos las posibles situaciones en que les serán útiles los conocimientos a adquirir e ilustra con ejemplos las mismas y las posibles escenarios cotidianos, evalúa la práctica docente de si mismo y la de sus compañeros , propone y asimila experiencias que le permitan e el/ella y a sus compañeros mejorar la práctica durante, propone alternativas de trabajo docente.
